  Study and Research Field

  Before joining the China Center for Health Development Studies in Peking University, Yao had three years of Postdoctoral training at Peking University (Center for Healthy Aging and Development Studies, National School of Developments) and Duke University (Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development and Geriatrics Division, Medical School). Yao's interest comprised a wide spectrum of fields including Geriatrics, Epidemiology (ageing cohort study), and prevention of dependency & dementia.
