Robyn Tamblyn, Science Director for Health Services and Policy Research, Canada Institute of Health Research(CIHR) and Professor of McGill University, visited CCHDS in the company of Mr. Ivy Feng, Health Relations Specialist, Canadian Embassy on March 13rd 2012. In-depth discussion was held with CCHDS researchers about the Preparation of the Second Global Symposium on Health Systems Research to be held in Beijing in November 2012, progress and evaluation of China’s Health System Reform, cross-national comparison of health systems, public policy for health improvement, capacity building of health system research in China, potential cooperative opportunity, etc.
