CCHDS is awarded a research grant through competitive bidding with WHO Alliance for Health Policy and System Research

    In March 2011, CCHDS is successfully awarded a research grant through competitive bidding with WHO Alliance for Health Policy and System Research. The title of the grant is ‘Strategies for improving attraction and retention of health workers in rural and remote areas in low- and middle-income countries to achieve Millennium Development Goals’. This is a one year project, aiming to evaluate the context, process and effectiveness of intervention to improve attraction and retention of health workers in rural areas.
