Pan Wen, holding a Master's degree from Beijing Normal University, joined the China Health Development Research Center in 2010. She is primarily responsible for the administrative management related to scientific research and teaching at the center, providing support for these activities.

Her main responsibilities include:

• Management support for scientific research/disciplinary development (funding) and related work;

• Personnel-related management;

• Work related to the union group and party branch;

• Review of information released on the center's website and official account;

• Review of equipment accounting and equipment scrapping;

• Handling comprehensive administrative matters;

• Overall coordination of major events.
