The 4th National Health Survey showed that the primary health care facilities in rural areas and less developed areas needed to be improved. One focuses of the health system reform is to development primary health care system, in order to improve the public health services.

Sponsored by Ministry of Health, CCHDS will carry out a study on the impact of health system reform on function and HR of PHC facilities. This study aims to evaluate the main activities of health system reform in PHC facilities, and the achievement in PHC function and HR. The facility-based survey, key informant interview and second-hand data analysis will be applied in the study.
